Job Summary
A leading distributor of factory automation components is looking for Customer Service Associate.
The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide a foundation in ERP operations quoting order processing and customer service professionalism.
In this position you will be expected to:
Build a strong foundation during the learning and development phase to support customer and company needs.
Learn and accurately operate the companys ERP system understanding its processes and flows.
Follow established processes procedures and rules to ensure stable execution of core tasks such as quoting and order processing.
Develop professionalism including workplace conduct and customer-facing manners.
Handle straightforward cases accurately while gaining an understanding of internal workflows.
Become a reliable point of contact by providing accurate timely and professional support to customers.
