CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP

Adagio Health Inc. is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our team in Erie PA. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide compassionate care to our community with flexible daylight hours and no nights weekends or holidays. Regional travel is required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CRNP AT ADAGIO HEALTH

As a Nurse Practitioner at Adagio Health youll work in a CRNP-led environment that values patient care over RVUs. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing sexual and reproductive healthcare services annual exams problem visits and preventive care such as vaccinations and screenings.
Collaborating with our team to address the whole person from medical and behavioral health to social determinants.
Utilizing in-office resources including food pantries and Care Navigators to link patients with additional support services.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP

Minimum 2 years of experience
Successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner
Pennsylvania NP license and certification in relevant specialty required.
Ability to travel regionally.
Masters Degree or DNP preferred.
Family Planning experience preferred.
