Adagio Health Inc. is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our team in Erie PA. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CRNP AT ADAGIO HEALTH
As a Nurse Practitioner at Adagio Health youll work in a CRNP-led environment that values patient care over RVUs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing sexual and reproductive healthcare services annual exams problem visits and preventive care such as vaccinations and screenings.
- Collaborating with our team to address the whole person from medical and behavioral health to social determinants.
- Utilizing in-office resources including food pantries and Care Navigators to link patients with additional support services.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner
- Pennsylvania NP license and certification in relevant specialty required.
- Ability to travel regionally.
- Masters Degree or DNP preferred.
- Family Planning experience preferred.
