Job Summary
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Boiler engineers license preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Perform general repairs in areas such as plumbing electrical carpentry and painting inspect and maintain heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems ability to understand and follow oral and written directions cleanliness thoroughness and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates needed.

Specific Tasks:
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner monitor and report issues with building systems or equipment. Reports to head custodian. Other duties as thejob descriptionfor additional information.
Hours Per Day:
8.0 hours per day 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
As percontract
