Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Control
Pnr: 22545

Job Description:

Perform Project control on a Major Project including cost control (actual vs budget) cost to complete evaluation with project team to update the overall forecast at completion status monitor risk elements (upsides/downsides) issue client invoices with supporting documentation project cash forecast prepare monthly Project Report.
Perform Project control on Major Projects including cost control (actual vs budget) cost to complete evaluation with project team to update the overall forecast at completion status monitor risk elements (upsides/downsides) issue client invoices project cash forecast prepare monthly Project Report.
Participate in Project Review meetings supporting Operations Management and ensuring financial decisions are justified and in line with best practices as well as highlighting financial position and forecast costs at completion
Support business development to review opportunities for financial structure as well as risk assessment generation
Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary
Update and maintain Revenue and Cost Budget in the ERP system and run revenue recognition for the project on a monthly basis to generate the monthly revenue / base margin including month end close analysis
Support PM to develop and drive the commercial strategy in the project to maximize the financial outcome of the project.
Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed
All other duties as assigned
The project control is primarily on Projects in Norway but can also be Projects in sister companies in MC Business Unit in other locations using the same ERP system if needed.
