Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives while overseeing Project Management Office (PMO) functions. This role combines strategic leadership solution delivery and governance to drive successful outcomes across supply chain transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations across demand supply inventory and S&OP planning.
Define and drive project governance delivery frameworks and execution standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technology solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations risk mitigation and change management.
Oversee program budgets timelines and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with PMO best practices and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide project managers and functional leads.
Support business development and pre-sales activities for SAP IBP solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules (Demand Supply Inventory Response & Supply).
Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP programs and PMO functions.
Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and planning strategies.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
