Location: Marousi Athens
Working Model: on-site
You will be reporting to: Head of HR & General Affairs
Your work will include:
Acting as the key point of contact for all office administration and mobility matters ensuring smooth daily operations efficient facility management and excellent employee support.
More specifically:
- Administration of employees benefits (Car Fleet Fuel Cards Mobile Phones Ticket Restaurant etc.)
- Managing office supplies and inventory placing orders as needed
- Overseeing building maintenance and repairs ensuring timely completion
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with local regulations
- Monitoring office cleaning services and ensuring service quality
- Managing General Affairs contracts and invoices
- Coordinating with the security team to ensure high safety and security standards
- Managing expatriation processes supporting Korean newcomers with settling in Greece residence permits and daily requests
- Assisting with special projects and company events
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- 57 years of experience in an administrative role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and multitasking ability
- Proactive autonomous and willing to take initiative
- Valid driving license is required
