- Utilize phone calls emails and chats to provide a seamless customer experience
- Respond to inquiries about products and services offering expert advice on car-related matters
- Resolve issues as they ariseaddressing customer concerns professionally and promptly

Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1)
- Very good English skillsboth written and spoken (B2)
- A passion for cars is a big plus!
- At least 6 months of customer support experience preferred
- Highly developed communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality and sense of ownership
- Tech savviness and learning agility
- Positive attitude
