  • Utilize phone calls emails and chats to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Respond to inquiries about products and services offering expert advice on car-related matters
  • Resolve issues as they ariseaddressing customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1)
  • Very good English skillsboth written and spoken (B2)
  • A passion for cars is a big plus!
  • At least 6 months of customer support experience preferred
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • A genuine problem-solving mentality and sense of ownership
  • Tech savviness and learning agility
  • Positive attitude
