ROLE Electromechanical Technician

LOCATION -Basingstoke

TERM - Permanent

SALARYper annum dependent on experience

My client designs and manufactures bespoke products and machinery and they are looking to take on an Electromechanical Technician. This is a permanent position based in Basingstoke.

The Electromechanical Technician will ideally have the following attributes:

Ideally be experienced building high precision electromechanical products
Keen interest in Mechanical and Electronic work
A background in Manufacture would be beneficial
Strong assembly and testing skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Team player
Eager to train and develop their career in Engineering/Manufacture

The Electromechanical Technician role will involve:

Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical assembly of a variety of products and equipment
Working to procedures and instructions
Creating sub-assemblies looms and cables
Testing and fault-finding
Repair and calibration
Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
