What You Will Do
As a Mechanical Technician you will:
Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance activities aligned with KPIs and standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues using DDSmethodologyand root-cause analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives tooptimiseperformance and reduce downtime.
Coach operators and colleagues on technical issues and maintenance tools such as SAP-PM and SOPs.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety working towards zero breakdowns and zero stops.
Contribute to cost reduction strategies including spare parts management.
Who You Are
You will bring:
ArecognisedHNC qualification.
A passion for monitoring machine performance and driving maintenance improvements.
Strong communicationskills to collaborate effectively with colleagues contractors and suppliers.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure make clear decisions and plan work to tight timelines.
A proactive attitude and technical aptitude to learn and develop further in the role.
