Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or a closely related field 3 years of experience as a teacher in an Early Childhood care and/or education setting Strong organizational skills including scheduling coordinating services with faculty tracking long-term progress across multiple courses and follow-up communication. Proactive written and oral communication skills including the ability to craft and ask questions that stimulate personal and professional growth of clients. Emotional listening and assertiveness when navigating difficult conversations. Ability to use multiple forms of technology such as written and online video meetings for the delivery of professional coaching. Understanding of approaches for supporting teacher/caregiver wellness and self-compassion. Fluent in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
Master degree in EC or related field Teaching and coaching experience in a variety of ECE settings. Experience in online and video coaching Track record of using creative and effective approaches to solving challenging coaching problems in a variety of circumstances.
