About Miracle on Maryland
Miracle on Maryland is a Christmas-themed pop-up bar bringing over-the-top holiday décor festive cocktails and nonstop cheer to downtown Indianapolis. Were on the hunt for a seasoned Lead Bartender to spearhead our beverage program and ensure smooth spirited operations during the most magical (and busiest) time of the year.
Job Description
- Oversee bar team and maintain cocktail quality & consistency
- Execute Miracles signature holiday cocktails and train staff on recipes
- Assist with batching prep inventory and ordering
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support Bar Manager in daily operations
Qualifications
- ATC Employee Server Permit
- 2 years high-volume craft cocktail experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Strong cocktail knowledge batching skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays (this is the season!)
