Cornea Ophthalmologist - $50000-$100000 Sign-on Bonus! - Pensacola FL

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Pensacola Florida!

Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Practice Details:

Strong surgical volume: 400-1000 procedures annually
Updated technology and robust support (dedicated tech with scribe support during ramp-up)
Support of ODs!
Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative growth-oriented group for new grads!
Low turnover rate (4%)
See an average 30-40 patients/day
MDs supported with at least 1 Tech and Scribe as volume builds
Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Compensation & Benefits

$50000-$100000 Sign-on Bonus available
Relocation Assistance available
Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400k buy-in)
Salary based on experience with two models:
Base Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)
401k with 4% match (after 12 months)
Medical / Dental / Vision (United Healthcare)

Schedule
