Location: Latin America (must overlap with U.S. and India hours)

Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing technology and software development company with a team of approximately 20 engineers 2 full-time designers and 1 data scientist. The company operates in a fast-paced technically complex environment developing software solutions and digital products for global clients.
The leadership team is currently managing a high volume of concurrent projects and is seeking to hire a capable Project Manager to take ownership of coordination communication and delivery across the organization.
The company also runs a successful side venture a mobile app with over 350000 downloads demonstrating strong technical and commercial expertise.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee approximately 16 concurrent software development projects managing communication between internal teams and clients coordinating updates testing and workflows and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
This role requires strong English communication skills a proactive mindset and prior experience managing offshore or distributed teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized adaptable and capable of working across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate updates QA/testing and flow approvals with internal engineering and design teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Track project timelines deliverables and risks to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across U.S. India and LATAM time zones.
Hard Skills Required
- Proven experience in software project management.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA Asana or similar platforms.
- Understanding of QA and testing processes.
- Familiarity with product development workflows.
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore/distributed teams.
Soft Skills Required
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Highly proactive independent and capable of taking initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client-facing confidence with clear professional communication.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
