Construction Manager
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Salary: 110000
Take the lead on a Hyperscale Data Centre development in Frankfurt!
We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the way on a high-profile data centre in Frankfurtone of Europes fastest-growing hubs for mission-critical facilities. Youll be at the centre of a complex technically demanding build managing all on-site activities and driving delivery from the ground up to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of construction activities from groundworks through to commissioning and handover
Coordinate contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure strict compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across the site
Monitor progress identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets
Review technical drawings specifications and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals
Collaborate closely with design engineering and commercial teams acting as the key interface between stakeholders and site operations
Lead progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders providing regular reporting on milestones and KPIs
Drive best practice in quality assurance site logistics and project controls
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects ideally within data centres
Strong knowledge of German building codes regulations and permitting processes
Excellent leadership and contractor management skills with the ability to motivate and direct multi-disciplinary teams
Track record of delivering projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
Strong problem-solving negotiation and communication skills
Fluent English required; German language skills highly desirable
