Senior Logistics Coordinator HPM Projects and Medical consumables

Your challenge We have an exciting opening for someone to join our Integrated Supply chain team as a Senior Logistics Coordinator. You will play a critical role in facilitating logistics processes GIT inventory and reverse logistics for HPM BU. You will work closely with 3PL warehouses to ensure the highest inventory integrity and timely processing of outbound orders. You will consistently show strong collaboration with order desk colleagues and internal supply chain stakeholders and BU leaders on all inventory movements and requirements.
You are responsible for
Coordinating delivery & shipment planning with customers account managers engineers & application managers to assist with their key accounts to meet customer expectations for HPM BU.
Work with Inbound freight forwarders on planning/ booking inbound shipments.
Proactively troubleshooting issues with all key logistics providers including Warehouse Freight Forwarding & Domestic Transportation.
Creating maintaining and documenting internal processes and controls.
Ensuring timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers customers and internal parties and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties.
Working closely with 3PL providers in Australia and NZ
Coordinating quarterly audit and stock take for Philips warehouses across ANZ.
Manage trade-ins and ensure the closing the loop.
Manage Transportation and warehousing costs for 3rd party suppliers ensure the budget is met.
Responsible for assigning the costs to the right WBS.
Coordinate all Inventory internal controls.
Responsible for DIFOT for our business.
Monitoring and resolving issues related to logistics and reverse logistics.
Analyzing logistics data and invoices.
Auditing all logistics invoices and billing files.
Responsible for monitoring and fix the missing inventory.
Act as export control officer for the ORU.
Responsible for Goods flow control board requests.
Responsible for write-offs/ scrapping from the warehouse.
KPIs
DIFOT (Delivery in full on time).
Missing deliveries
IWD costs % mat sales per BU.
Aged Trade-ins.
Monitoring Scrapping/ write off locations.
Monitoring physical scrapping and certificates.
To succeed in this role youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field.
4-8 years experience in logistics or imports and exports preferably within medical or FMCG industries
Accustomed to effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking in a project-driven and fast-paced operational environment.
Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Must be solutions-focused creative innovative with a high level of organizational and planning skills.
Must possess strong Excel skills and MS Office software.
The ability to critically think through the multiple-step process and follow up on details.
Excellent communication verbal and written skills.
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP software.
Be a results-oriented and highly analytical individual.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
