Raytheons Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) organization is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs including international programs.

This position will be responsible for supporting program management (PM) to include direct engagement with the program team in program execution; advocating PM plans processes and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices.

What You Will Do:

• Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost
• schedule and technical execution to drive predictable results
• Partner with program management (PM) functional leads and internal partners across the Raytheon business in pursuit of day-to-day program execution
• Operate computer-based programs tools and applications to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) to perform detailed analysis develop and utilize advanced formulas pivot tables reports charts schedules and databases
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis
• Execute resource planning facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs assist with Risk and Opportunity identification and calculation

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience or similar program/system
• Prior Program/Project management experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Demonstrated proficiency with financial planning and execution EVMS Estimate at Completes (EACs) R&O Management and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts to include resource plans basis of estimates (BOEs) master schedules work breakdown structures and contract deliverables (CDRLs)
• Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process
• Strong communication influence management and presentation skills and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables advanced formulas) Project Word PowerPoint and Outlook

  The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
