Were looking for an experienced and motivated IT Service Performance Manager to lead the way in managing and improving IT service delivery across our department. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends strategic thinking stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the design and management of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Service Catalogue aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance insights and data analytics.
  • Champion transparency accountability and service excellence across the IT function.

About You

Youre a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of IT service management frameworks and performance measurement tools. You bring experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts coupled with a collaborative mindset that enables you to influence and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement and delivering customer-focused outcomes ensures you consistently drive service excellence and innovation.

Who we are

The Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water(DCCEEW) works to protect the states environment and heritage. It leads the way on climate change driving the sustainable transition to a net zero economy powered by affordable reliable and clean energy.

DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.

We acknowledge the ongoing custodial responsibilities of the Aboriginal peoples of NSW to care for Country and water and are committed to establishing meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal peoples in the management of the environment.
