About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedOrder-to-Cash UAT Leadto join a mission-critical eCommerce platform program with one of the most innovative technology organizations in the world. This is ahands-on high-visibility roleat the heart of a next-generation subscriber commerce platform a platform that powers order management provisioning billing and financial integration at massive scale.
As the UAT Lead you will drive theplanning coordination and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)across complex Order-to-Cash workflows ensuring new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements. Youll partner closely with engineering QA product and finance teams to deliver seamless high-quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment.

Required Qualifications
- 5 yearsof hands-on experience leading UAT or QA effortsin complex eCommerce or subscription platformenvironments.
- Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash workflows including order management provisioning billing invoicing and payment processing.
- Experience with financial systems integrations(Oracle SAP or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong background in test case design execution defect management and UAT coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such asJIRA Confluence and Postman;experience with test automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present results clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
