Cohannet Academyâis an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes inâtraumaâinformed care.âCohannet provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.â

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

What Youll Do:

Provide comprehensive support to residents getting ready to transition to their next steps.
Assist residents in mastering competency in their abilities to move forward.
Support residents as they build stronger relationships in the community and at home.
Help residents discover their interests and build hobbies within their community.

Requirements:â

Must be 21 years of age.â
Bachelors degree preferred.
COVID-19 Vaccination required.
Maintains valid drivers license as driving residents to home for visits and to community activities is required.
Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.â

Background and driving record checkswill be performed.
