The Audio Supervisor/Integrator provides leadership and technical expertise to the Branson Audio Operations team ensuring world-class sound quality and reliable show performance. This position oversees daily operations supervises and develops audio operators and serves as the bridge between Audio Design Show Operations and Production addition the role brings integrator-level expertise to maintain immersive audio systems guaranteeing consistency with the creative intent and organizational standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor the Branson Audio Operations team including hiring training scheduling and ongoing development.
• Promote a culture of collaboration accountability and servant leadership aligned with Sight & Sounds mission and values.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members providing coaching feedback and support.
• Model professionalism and care maintaining trust and teamwork across departments.

Show Operations & Performance

• Oversee and support all aspects of audio operation during rehearsals previews and live shows.
• Execute and supervise show cues with consistency to the artistic benchmark established by Audio Design.
• Provide coverage as a show operator when needed maintaining readiness to step into live mixing or cue execution roles.
• Collaborate with Show Operations leadership to uphold the technical and artistic vision throughout the show run.

System Integration & Technical Oversight

• Implement and maintain immersive sound systems playback platforms microphones etc as directed by the Audio Integration team.
• Program and support show control systems (e.g. QLab OSC MIDI Dante Q-SYS).
• Maintain detailed documentation including system diagrams cue sheets and configuration archives.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between Branson Audio Operations Audio Design and Music & Audio Manager.
• Contribute to planning and resource management in partnership with Show Operations leadership.

Other Duties

• Ensure safe organized and functional workspaces.
• Perform routine maintenance upgrades and troubleshooting for audio systems as directed by the Audio Integration team.
• Support budgeting and long-term planning for Branson Audio Operations.

Prerequisites Competencies & Experience:

• Proven leadership ability with high concern for the welfare and development of people.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm flexible and professional under pressure.
• Expert-level knowledge of audio systems consoles processors and immersive platforms.
• Understanding of measurement and tuning tools (e.g. Smaart)
• Commitment to personal growth and professional development.
• Bachelors degree in Theatre Audio or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years professional experience in theatrical/live production audio with supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Strong organizational and detail skills.
• Humble collaborative and adaptable.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
