Job Summary
Title:
Mechanical Handling modellerMECH HANDLING MODELLER - SKILLSETS
- Hands-on experience in handling concept of various equipment and package in the Offshore facilities like FPSOs Platforms etc.
- Knowledge of layout requirements in Offshore environment
- Excellent knowledge in 3D modelling softwares like S3D Aveva and NAVIS Simulate.
- Should have problem solving capabilities for handling related issues with various inter disciplines.
- Knowledge in various handling equipment and their capabilities is desirable.
- Knowledge of understanding and reviewing various package drawings and assess handling aspects is
- Support for preparing Mechanical handling study report and presentations.
- Participation in Model Review Session to present the handling details and is responsible to address all material handling related queries.
- Recommends improvements to ensure most efficient and cost-effective handling procedures.
- Responsible for interfacing with all stake holders and 3D designers to implement the handling requirements.
- Shall be highly proactive and involve in everyday coordination to quickly understand and resolve the issues.
- Shall have good communication skills.
- Minimum experience of 2 years and 2 projects in performing the above activities.
- Experience is following packages Mechanical handling equipment Deck cranes Static equipment Rotating equipment Package/skid items is desirable.
