Roles and Responsibilities
Implementation and testing of GenAI solutions for Exotels customers
Liaise with pre-sales teams and customers for understanding of requirements and timelines
Liaise with product team to understand the product to ensure efficient implementation as well as to suggest product improvements
Liaise with support teams for ensuring adherence to committed SLAs
Must Haves
Good in coding (Preferably Python) and DSA
Familiarity with React HTML CSS JS or similar frameworks
Familiarity with HTTP REST microservices concurrency and Multithreading
Experience working with Linux OS TCP/IP networks Database Queues caching
Good problem solving and communication skills
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor / Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
