Safety Specialist Manager
The Safety Specialist Manager is a People Manager role responsible for leading the team of Corporate Safety Officers (Safety Specialists) and overseeing the strategic development implementation and continuous improvement of Aer Lingus risk management policies and procedures. This role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements industry best practices and the companys integrated (safety) Management System (MS) supporting a proactive and resilient safety culture across all operational and maintenance domains.
This role shall manage the data structure quality and processes for safety databases to improve end user experience and increase productivity thus contributing greatly to the quality of our ability to manage risk.
They will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in relation to Safety e.g. timely management of reports required documentation standards.
