As the Manager Applications Platforms and Support youll lead a multidisciplinary team of support and platform administrators to manage and oversee operational needs of bespoke and platform solutions using low-code technologies like Salesforce Powerapps and others. Youll oversee the operational management drive continuous improvement and ensure governance and compliance across systems and vendor relationships.

What Youll Do

Lead the operational management and optimisation of business applications to ensure reliability performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee vendor performance and service delivery to meet agreed SLAs and align with organisational priorities.
Strengthen governance quality assurance and cyber security controls to maintain operational integrity and resilience.
Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and build a culture of accountability service excellence and continuous improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in IT application and platform management with deep expertise in low-code technologies and service delivery frameworks. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills underpinned by a commitment to integrity collaboration and delivering public value.

Essential requirements

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or relevant experience in the governance and management of Information Technology applications in a complex environment.
