Were looking for someone who:
Has a passion for early childhood education and care
Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is working towards one) and a valid blue card.
Wants to contribute to a dynamic and passionate team.
Is excited to work closely with families to foster childrens growth and development.
Skills & Attributes:
Create a safe inclusive environment for all children.
Understand developmental milestones across age groups.
Plan and evaluate age-appropriate programs.
Adaptable to changing needs in early childhood settings.
Knowledge of the national early learning framework (birth to 5 years).
Understanding of quality service standards and assessment.
Respect for diverse cultures and individual needs.
Proficient in using computers for documenting childrens learning and development.
Previous experience in childcare roles (Educator Assistant Childcare Assistant etc.).
