Were seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who understands the pace nuance and complexity of startup hiring.
This is a commission-only opportunity for a highly skilled independent recruiter who thrives on ownership flexibility and performance-based success.
Youll collaborate directly with startup founders and hiring leaders sourcing elite engineers and technical professionals across industries like AI Cloud SaaS Cybersecurity and FinTech.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and tech roles (Software DevOps Data Product Security).
Partner with startup founders and CTOs to deeply understand hiring goals and company culture.
Source engage and qualify candidates using innovative relationship-based approaches.
Build long-term candidate pipelines for key technical skill sets.
Coordinate interviews feedback and offers while maintaining exceptional candidate and client experience.
Represent with integrity speed and professionalism at every stage of the hiring process.
Minimum 10 years of technical recruiting experience preferably with startups or high-growth tech firms.
Strong network within the engineering and technology community.
Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles.
Ability to manage clients independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Driven by results not by routine.
