Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse youll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This role focuses on completing Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) visits which involve assessing patients health status documenting clinical findings and developing individualized care plans. Your expertise will help ensure that each patient receives the appropriate level of care and support to achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.
We are currently recruiting for an RN or LPN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:
- Laclede surrounding counties
- Flexible scheduling-
- Part Time Visits 20-30 Monthly RAI Visits
- No Nights No Weekends No Holidays No On-Call
- Mileage paid
- Pay Per Visit PPV

Qualifications for Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
- 1yr of prior paid LPN or RN experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
