Additional Information :

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance at the individual team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary bonuses and benefit options topped off with:

• Expected pay rates for maintenance positions are $22.00 - $30.00 per hour based on technical skills experience and location and a 50% rent discount benefit.
• Expected pay rates for leasing positions are $19.00 - $21.00  lucrative commissions.
• Community Manager positions have a wide salary range based on size location and details of community. They also include bonuses commissions and a 100% rent discount on 1 Bedroom available.
• You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Technicians who excel can earn up to $1500 in quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction bonuses.
• 50% rent discount for Maintenance 25% rent discount for Sales Consultants available at any AIR Community.
• Paid time off including vacation sick time and 11 holidays.
