ビジネス戦略に沿ったマーケティング計画を立案し測定可能なビジネス成果を達成する
明確な目標とリアルタイム分析を用いてマーケティングキャンペーンおよびイベントを企画管理するとともにメディアリレーションプレスリリースを含むマーサーのPRおよびメディア戦略をリードする
リージョンのマーケティングチームや編集チームと連携し主要ターゲットに合わせたコンテンツを作成最適化する
危機対応を含む社内コミュニケーションを管理する
その他臨時を含む全社マーケティング活動を支援し日本におけるマーシュマクレナンのマーケティング戦略に貢献する

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル

マーケティングコミュニケーションジャーナリズムまたはビジネス商学の関連専攻の学位
保険または金融サービス業界での経験が望ましいB2BおよびB2B2Cマーケティング分野での810年の実務経験
コミュニケーションメディアリレーションマルチチャネルマーケティングに関する高い専門知識
優れたステークホルダーエンゲージメント能力プロジェクト管理能力デジタルマーケティングスキル
