The Role:
You will focus primarily on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters collaborating with corporate finance and real estate teams across the country. Your responsibilities will include advising a range of stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders investors corporates directors and insolvency practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
- Delivering high-quality legal advice and strategic solutions.
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating complex legal documents.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Working closely with clients to understand their commercial needs and provide practical tailored advice.
About You:
- Proven experience in restructuring and insolvency law within a reputable firm.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent drafting verbal and written communication skills.
