What Youll do
The Human Resources Coordinator will have a multifaceted position responsible for both Human Resources and Payroll functions.
The Cluster HR Officer will provide a comprehensive confidential Human Resources service to the Cluster to support achievement of business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with associates and managers. The role provides consistently high standard of support both administrative and non-administrative to the Human Resources department.
The payroll function of the role consists in maintaining and updating employee payroll records and files; reviewing verifying and reconcile pay adjustments and other pay-related information; leading payroll preparations and ensuring that actions required by heads of departments are clearly communicated required data is available for finances review by the established deadlines and responds to any enquires efficiently. The HR Coordinator works closely with the Cluster Finance departments and the above property UK Payroll Team.
The Cluster HR Coordinator reports directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager and works closely with the leadership team across the Cluster in driving the below:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
