This role requires a highly motivated individual who can identify develop and execute strategic plans for growth oversee key projects manage relationship with the partnership and orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve different whats best for Apple.
- A strong Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
- 7-10 years e-commerce experience focusing on commercial strategy go-to-market planning or retail business management.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends consumer behavior and business performance to develop actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and executive presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong motivation to find win-win solutions between Partners.
- Strong marketplace subject matter expertise including knowledge of Chinas marketplace digital commerce trends and best practice
- Exceptional ability to problem solve develop creative solutions and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated success in a role within a global brand and matrix organisation is desired
- Expertise in e-commerce or omni-channel retail strategies with a focus on driving online sales growth.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative growth ideas
- Detail oriented / effective in process management and documentation.
- Comfortable working as both an individual contributor and the Manager of a small but driven team.
