The Vocational Education Coordinator known internally as the Leader of Learning plays a pivotal role in shaping the Years 7 to 12 vocational education curriculum fostering a culture of high expectations collaboration and continuous improvement. This position combines teaching with leadership guiding staff across multiple faculties in the design and delivery of vocational programs that are compliant responsive and aligned with student pathways. The Vocational Education Coordinator supports colleagues in their professional growth while working closely with Catholic Education Office as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to ensure quality assurance and compliance. Through strong curriculum leadership innovation and a commitment to excellence this role contributes significantly to the Colleges annual improvement plan and the success of every student.
