The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking qualified applicants for part-time faculty positions at the rank of adjunct assistant professor of leadership. Successful applicants are expected to teach a variety of experiential courses on leadership at the graduate and undergraduate level. These courses emphasize the development of interpersonal skills necessary for leadership. Areas addressed by these courses might include:
1) developing ones authentic leadership style through assessment and experimentation and 2) pursuing developmental goals while examining personal resistance to change through coaching and the use of behavioral frameworks. Faculty members are expected to be exceptional teachers and contribute to the Schools academic environment. This position is non-benefits eligible.
Qualified applicants will possess a graduate degree in a relevant field such as but not limited to Business Administration Finance Accounting and Economics. Prior experience teaching both undergraduate and graduate students is preferred.
