Job Summary

The Retail Operations Coordinator is a temporary role supporting the process management logistics and administrative functions of the Equinox Retail department. The role helps ensure the smooth-running of 100 Shop locations by assisting in day-to-day home office needs of our in-club Retail Shops and Retail Corporate team with operational tasks tools and system maintenance included but not limited to:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of existing policy/procedural and training resources on intranet and LMS platforms
  • Creating and sending of approved departmental communications to Retail field and Club management teams via approved channels
  • Maintain and update department operational calendar to reflect both operational and field tasks/project milestones
  • Pull and distribute operational compliance and clientelling recurring and as needed reporting 
  • Monthly employee system enrollment
  • Promotional and selling incentive tracking as needed
  • Bi-weekly payroll calculation system auditing and entry
  • Operational supply ordering for Shops and office
  • CX support as needed

Qualifications :

  • Eagerness to learn and a winning attitude
  • Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Excel proficiency a must (familiarity with intranet and LMS platforms or SalesForce Shopify and D365 a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task and move seamlessly between multiple projects and/or tasks
  • Desire and ability to understand different areas of Equinox business and culture

Pay Transparency: $25/HR
