Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations
- Know the mini vacation package and rewards you are promoting to the public in appreciation of attending a sales presentation.
- Carefully screen and identify qualified guests in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure they meet the criteria for participating in the sales presentation.
- Know the properties rooms types and facilities and provide customers with accurate and helpful information as needed.
- Handle payment and complete necessary documentation (paper or digital) for package or tour bookings generated during your designated shift
- Assist customers with room bookings and related inquiries.
- Collect all leads into the system
- Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working order
- Ensure your work location is neat and tidy
- Attend scheduled team meetings.
Qualifications :
- Freshly graduate are welcome for this position
