Grosvenor Casino The Victoria
As an AGC Team Leader you will be accountable for:
- Ensuring all customers & particularly electronic gaming customers receive high-quality customer service to facilitate their play ensuring profitable admissions aided by pre-approved promotions
- Acting as Duty Manager/ key holder in the site.
- Compliance with the Legal and Company guidelines in relation to areas such as Health and Safety gaming requirements and audit.
- Control and Security of all company assets
- Ensuring our brand standards are maintained at all times.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrates evidence of engaging a team to ensure high customer service standards are delivered which enhance the customer experience
- Undertake training Duty Manager/ Key holder status and is willing to complete the Key Holder (KH) assessment to support business needs.
- The ability to obtain and / or conform to all legislative and company procedure
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic gaming and the factors which impact its contribution to the business including the ability to manage the associated compliance responsible gaming & commercial risks
- Previous team management experience (preferred)
