Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of party reference data to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate cleanse and maintain data effectively.
- Develop and implement best practices for data quality control in partnership with the product owner.
- Provide actionable insights from complex data sets to support strategic decisions.
- Document and address data quality issues conducting root cause analysis and proposing solutions.
- Uphold Chubbs ethical standards and guidelines in all activities.
- Pursue continuous education to enhance technical skills and maintain professional credentials.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of party reference data concepts and interdependencies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience in data quality management profiling and cleansing.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to party reference data.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A customer-centric approach with high ethical standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in producing and reviewing client profiles.
- Understanding of commercial lines of business.
