Job Summary
Works with Buyers to determine the best stores to Allocate product to.
Writes new purchase orders giving size breaks and recommending quantities to Buyers.
Ensures every store receives the best possible product assortment.
Allocates replenishment product based on many metrics including sales history WOS margins and capacity.
Checks yard lists picking and record receipts.
Performs transfers and consolidations.
Sets up new store assortments and executes Remodeled Stores Plans.
Communicates regularly with store management regarding product concerns and opportunities.
Additional duties and projects as required.
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional 3-5 years of previous merchandising/allocation experience required.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have at least intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
