In This Role You Will:
Lead and manage the therapy departments at both assigned campuses
Deliver direct patient care as an OTR or COTA
Mentor and support therapy staff in clinical and operational success
Coordinate schedules and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with documentation billing and company standards
Foster a positive team environment focused on achieving excellent patient outcomes
Who Were Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Wisconsin
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
Strong clinical reasoning and a team-first attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant
Licensed or certified in the State of Wisconsin as an OTR or COTA
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
