Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Peoria United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 425 N. Western Ave. location. As a Customer Service Rep youll be the face of our organization ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and various shifts as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
