Job Summary
- Follow daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees.
- Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE Productivity IDC Delivery OT 0-Safety KPR/KPI internal).
- Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and acceive SQCD target.
- Troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them if necessary suggestion of improvements.
- Review and Proof Production data record (M/C check sheet 5S Tool life 4M Parameter and so on).
- Leading people to follow the standards to fulfill BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP SMC LPC 14Q Basics 4M QAM FMEA-Line walk)
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings.
- Leading of shopfloor production meeting (Component area Main assembly Final assembly and audit room).
- Keep and maintain the plant standards in shopfloor (Safety 5s BPS Pull principle ISO14001 IATF16949 and ect.
- Manage dHC (Vacations leaves ausentisim).
- Advise direct associate for small improvement activity.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate effectively.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in the automation field.
