Job Summary
Tracking entering modifying and executing orders in the SAP system
Working with database entering and updating information (Excel)
Daily communication with customers
Preparation of delivery reports
Resolving requests and complaints regarding orders deliveries invoices and product availability
Support in sales team activities
Backlog management
Close cooperation with finance and logistics departments
Participation in customer analysis
Preparation of credit notes and feedback documentation (SAP system)
Preparation of customer sales statistics including bonuses (SAP system)
ESI administration for customers (SAP system)
Qualifications :
Knowledge of English language
Business or Economy background
Knowledge of computer work and MS office packages
Communicational skills
Basic analytical skills
Knowledge of SAP - would be an advantage
