Employee engagement initiatives
Maintianing harmonious employee reations with all the stakeholders within Bosch and the external stakeholders too.
Laisioning with external agencies governement industries and industrial associations.
Ensuring the budgetory cost compliance & optimisation
Qualifications :
10-15 years of industrial experience in IR & legal compliance management
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Personnel Management or a related field
Strong understanding of various Act & Lawas related to factory & legal compliances
Experience in Union Management ESP management
