Assist in conducting training for all Front Office employees.
Direct daily front office operations.
Attend to credit problems.
Ensure efficient and courteous service.
Supervise and support of the Front Office team.
Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies rates and general hotel information.
Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
Effectively use the guest feedback to improve product and service delivery.
Openly communicate with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.
Lead by example when attending to guest requests . Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a front office or reception role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage if required
