Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining WFP China and Hong Kong fundraising social media accounts on various platforms.

• Support the management and updates of these accounts by assisting in the preparation of materials to be posted including images texts and videos etc.

• Provide communication support for the Private Partnerships Units online and offline fundraising events by assisting in drafting and editing English posts and articles preparing English event briefs summaries and communication materials for partners and donors and performing other tasks as needed.

• Monitor trends on social media platforms and support communication and engagement strategies through desk research and benchmarking on digital fundraising practices.

• Support the monitoring and analysis of followers and views data of WFP China and Hong Kong fundraising social media accounts as well as competitors and peer accounts and assist in developing templates and workflows to identify effective communication contents and styles for WFPs fundraising.

• Support the organization of meetings events and other activities of the Private Partnerships Unit including preparing agendas taking meeting notes and drafting summaries and perform other duties as and when required.
