Test program creation/release/maintenance according to test specification; support failure analysis team find out inline failure root cause; department KPI project following up.

根据测试规范要求生成/放行/维护测试程序帮助失效分析团队找出测试不良的真正原因部门KPI指标的跟踪改进

Job Responsibilities

1. Have solid circuit skills be able to use oscilloscope multimeter and other electronic equipment skillfully

有扎实的电路技能能够熟练使用示波器万用表等电子设备

1. Create/release test program according to new products test specification

根据新产品的测试规范生成/放行测试程序为量产作好准备

1. Update test program as ECR required;optimize test program to improve FPY/CT performance

根据ECR要求升级测试程序通过优化测试程序改善产品FPY/CT等指标

1. Techinical support for inline failure trouble shooting

 -Work together with HW team to find out equipment issue

 -Work together with failure analysis team to find out product related root cause

 -Work together with quality team to follow up defected component improvement plan/action

对产线不良提供技术支持

 -与硬件团队一起找出设备方面的原因

 -与失效分析团队一起找出产品不良的原因

 -与质量团队一起跟踪缺陷元器件的供应商改善计划/行动

1. Responsible for own process KPI(FPY/FOR/CT) improvement
   负责自己制程KPI(一次通过率/不良率/生产效率)的改善
2. Participate daily Q-base meeting.
   参加每日Q-base会议
3. Close cooperation with production and related group colleague.
   与生产及相关部门同事紧密合作
4. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status每周和主管一起讨论定义的主题和工作的进展
5. Training and coaching service technician regulary evaluation technician (process equipment).培训和教导Service技术员以及定期考核技术员制程 设备
6. Training production people (process equipment).
   培训生产线人员制程 设备
7. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.
   负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制
8. EWAK d-sample production support.
   支持EWAK d-sample
9. Assignments of special tasks.
   其他可能分配的特殊任务
10. On-call to support machine or program issue
    需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或程序问题的解决
11. Participate line circle 参加line circle

Qualifications :

1. University major in mechanical or electrical.

   机械或电子类大学毕业

2. Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.

   三年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验

3. - Linux system knowledge

   - Electronic test system principle

   - Electronic testing method

   - Software understanding

4. 英语流利
