Job Summary
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing youll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles
- Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions
- Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits
- Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
- Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You are bilingual in French and English (required)
- You have previous call center experience (1 year)
- You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
