Job Summary
PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst (Contract Remote/ West Coast Preferred W2 Only)
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst to support financial systems transformation initiatives. This role will focus primarily on General Ledger (GL) with additional support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The analyst will gather requirements configure system enhancements analyze financial data and coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary analyst for PeopleSoft GL with expertise in Combo Edit and Allocations
Support AP and AR modules; assist with Asset Management and Lease Administration (nice-to-have)
Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and system changes
Execute configuration updates and implement small system enhancements
Analyze financial data to support Finance Transformation and data cleanup projects
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure effective communication and technical delivery
Qualifications
Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials (GL AP AR)
Demonstrated expertise in GL Combo Edit and Allocations
Background in business analysis requirements gathering and system configuration
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for transformation initiatives
Excellent communication skills particularly with distributed/offshore teams
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience with Consolidations
Familiarity with Interunit and Intraunit processing
Exposure to Asset Management and Lease Administration
