Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly providing assistance as needed.
  • Manage phone systems directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Provide general administrative and Accounts Payable support as directed.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office.
  • Organize and maintain calendars for Executives

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices.
  • High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Applicants must be reliable driven customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team.
